What we collect, what we don\'t.

What we capture

The desktop tracker reads notification text from your screen — purchase, tip, and sub events from OnlyFans / Infloww. Captured fields include amount, type, model name, customer @handle, and timestamp. Captured snapshots are stored locally only.

What gets sent to the cloud

When the chatter is signed in with an activation key, sale events sync to your agency\'s row in our Supabase Postgres database. Your agency\'s data is isolated from every other agency by row-level security policies.

What we never collect

We do not capture customer message contents, agency banking info, or anything outside the configured screen capture region. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Data deletion

Agencies can delete their full account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@chatteros.com. Deletion is permanent and final within 7 days.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change what data we collect or how we use it, we will notify all active agency owners by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
